Daejeon City announced that it will operate a ‘Wood Experience Classroom’ in March to expand the base of this year's wood culture experience and promote understanding of wood experience for teenagers.

‘The Visiting Ttuk Ttak!(뚝딱) Ttuk Ttak!(뚝딱) Wood Experience Classroom' is a forest wood education program for students who are unable to experience the suburbs due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation. This experience is a forest education program that stimulates and helps students to design their careers and their future.

'The Visiting Ttuk Ttak! Ttuk Ttak! Wood Experience Classroom' is an indoor stool-making program for middle school students in the jurisdiction, and it will recruit 1,200 people 40 times and close early when the application is completed. Applications can be found on the Dream Road website (www.ggoomgil.go.kr) operated by the Ministry of Education.

Lim Muk, director of the Environmental Greening Bureau in Daejeon City, said, "Through wood experience activities, I think it will help relieve the stress of students tired of COVID-19 and explore their careers in designing the future along with healthy school life.“

The Wood Culture Experience Center is a venue for green forests and wood culture experiences and is a representative attraction in Daejeon that can be used by all classes in society, including infants, adolescents, and adults, for maintaining health and vitality of mind and body.
