First, forsythias will begin blooming on March 12 in Jeju and spread to the southern region between March 12 and 19. It will work its way up to the central region from March 22 to 31.
Azaleas will bloom on March 13 in Jeju followed by Busan and the Gyeongsangnam-do region between March 16 and 24. Azalea will bloom in the central region from March 24 to April 3.
Cherry blossoms reach their peak around one week after the first bloom. As a result, the flowers will be prettiest around March 27 in Jeju, March 31 to April 5 in the southern region, and April 6 to 12 in the central region.
