"Dream Program" invites youths from countries without snow to enjoy winter sports and learn about Korean culture! This annual winter sports camp provides winter sports experiences such as skiing and skating and promotes the exchange of culture and friendship among youths worldwide.
This year's program has 124 youths participating from 29 countries, with Kenya and Colombia joining for the first time.
If you do not have a chance to participate in this program in person, you can enjoy the online camp and visit famous attractions in Pyeongchang and Gangneung via the program's special episodes on YouTube with Megan and Matheus, hosts of the program.
The first tour is to the Pyeongchang Olympic & Paralympic Museum where you can enjoy various experiences and relive the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics. Another introduced activity is to create your own Jagae Griptok.
In Pyeongchang, you also can visit Woljeongsa Temple in Odaesan National Park and learn about bow etiquette. In addition, the tour will take you to the Ski Jumping Hill where the ski jump event was held for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and Paralympics.
Moving to the Gangneung tour, the two hosts will take you to Ojukheon which is a historical place, and then to Gangneung Central Market which is also a Gangneung's must-visit place.
