Here are some tips to make your Halloween more special and fun.
Daejeon Metropolitan city is preparing a very special Halloween party on 26 October 2019.
Do you know about Daecheong Park? The park is located around the Daecheong Lake, where is an artificial lake with a fantastic view in Daejeon. It is the place where the special Halloween parties will be held.
Pumpkins are indispensable items for Halloween, but this festival will make pumpkins a bit more special. At the main event zone of Daecheong Park, you can have lots of fun activities related to pumpkins such as pumpkin carving performances, pumpkin cooking competitions, pumpkin food trucks, and world pumpkin exhibitions. Besides, there will be a variety of events, including an original zombie dance called "Rollraise", a Halloween EDM night party and a zombie run event for night time.
There will be some fascinating events happening in Ihyeon-dong Dume Village(이현동 두메마을) near Daecheong lake. They are also preparing some special events like the opening of the Dume Village Pumpkin Tunnel, making pumpkins and gourds crafts, the sale of local products from Dume Village, and some local food experiences from 19(Sat.) October to 26(Sat.) October.

Shuttle buses will run from 8:30 am at the Sintanjin Station, and also they will run from the Daecheong Park to Dume Village from 10:30 am on the day of the festival (26th, October). Luckily, all shuttle buses are available on the day with only 1,000 won.
