While the Cornus flowers of Bangok Village(반곡마을) in Shandong-myeon burst with their buds, visitors enjoy the spring walk around Cornus flower field. Cornus flower bloomed about a week earlier than usual, and it is expected that the Cornus flower will be in full bloom in mid-March.
Meanwhile, Jeonnam Gurye-gun decided to cancel the 21st Gurye Sansuyu(Cornus) Flower Festival on February 24th as the Corona 19 crisis warning level was raised to the "serious" level.
