Buyeo County, led by Mayor Park Jeong-hyun (박정현), held a training session on September 26 at the Buyeo Women's Cultural Center auditorium for approximately 50 farmers currently selling or interested in selling products through Goodtrae Mall, the county’s agricultural product shopping platform.
The training aimed to enhance the service capabilities of farmers and improve product quality, thereby attracting more consumers and promoting the activation of Goodtrae Mall's operations.
To achieve this, Song Im-soon, CEO of the operating company Sangsingisang, served as the instructor. She emphasized that a clear understanding of the online distribution market and strategic responses are essential for increasing sales. Song shared specific quality control methods and service improvement strategies.
A Buyeo County official remarked, “We hope this training enables farmers to actively respond to the changing market and seize more opportunities to connect with consumers through Goodtrae Mall.”
Meanwhile, Goodtrae Mall has received significant recognition, winning the Grand Prize in the agricultural product shopping mall category at the 2024 National Service Awards, hosted by the Korea Institute for Industrial Policy Studies, for two consecutive years.
