Daejeon to Become Korea's Science Capital

Daejeon Mayor Huh Tae-jung proposed "designating Daejeon as a scientific capital."

Mayor Huh held a briefing and proposed a Daejeon-led pledge for the 20th presidential election next year.

According to Mayor Huh: "The government has to enact a special law to designate the Captial of science in Korea. We need to integrate science-related public institutions and create high-tech science mega-city national industrial complexes."
