2021 Bosingak Bell-Ringing Ceremony Online reaches #10 top trending on Youtube

In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease, The annual Bosingak Bell-Ringing Ceremony that takes place in Bosingak Belfry was held online and broadcasted on the Seoul Metropolitan City website, the Live Seoul website, Seoul City’s social media channels including YouTube and Facebook, and national television channels.

Especially, the livestream attracted a lot of people watching through Youtube and reached #10 top trending. 

The event showed pre-filmed videos of the Bosingak Belfry as well as took viewers to popular places in Seoul like Gyeongbokgung, Olympic Park, Han River, and to festivals like Cherry Blossom Fest and Fireworks Fest. It also has messages of hope for its viewers to uplift their spirits and give courage during these hard times.
