[Travel Tips] Make KORAIL Train Ticket Reservations on Google Maps

Google Maps and transportation platform, “ga-G” now offers KORAIL train ticket reservation services.

After using the route search feature on Google Maps, train information for the searched route will be recommended to the user. Users can then use the connected ga-G platform to easily reserve and purchase train tickets for the searched route.

The transportation platform, ga-G, uses chatbots to share transportation and travel-related information through messaging apps such as Kakaotalk, Line, and Facebook to their users.

The online platform connected to the service allows users to also make reservations for accommodations and rent cars directly without the need for downloading the app. Furthermore, the service is available in English, Chinese, and Japanese, making it useful and convenient for foreign tourists.
