Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education received "The Love of Rice Cake Soup" Fund from NH Daejeon Nonghyup Bank to support 400 underprivileged students
The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Seol Dong-ho) announced on January 29 (Monday) that it received 13 million won worth of "The Love of Rice Cake Soup" from NH Daejeon Nonghyup Bank (Director Lee Jae-yoon).
The delivery ceremony will support underprivileged students for the upcoming national holiday Lunar New Year at NH Daejeon Nonghyup Bank, and a total of 1,600 kilograms, 4 kilograms per household, will be delivered to a total of 400 elementary, middle, and high school students in Daejeon.
Lee Jae-yoon, director of NH Daejeon Nonghyup Bank, attended the delivery ceremony, and stated, "I hope you guys have a warm Lunar New Year holiday as you feel happy while sharing rice cake soup with your family."
Seol Dong-ho, superintendent of education of Daejeon Metropolitan City, expressed, "Thank you for the support of NH Daejeon Nonghyup Bank's rice cake soup filled with love, and we will search and actively support our students to grow into talents who convey the love they received in the future and practice sharing."
