This business agreement was planned for cooperation and exchange to provide forest welfare services, including green fund support projects and forest experience and education projects, for vocational rehabilitation and social enhancement of trainees with developmental disabilities. Particularly, the Sejong Training Center for the Developmentally Disabled will provide various job experience courses to the disabled, as well as outings and lodging programs utilizing the forest will be operated.
Director Hong Yo-seong (홍요성) of the Sejong Training Center for the Developmentally Disabled stated his thought, “Through this agreement, we hope that trainees with developmental disabilities will regain emotional stability and balance in life in the forest through forest welfare services. We will try our best to continue to provide vocational rehabilitation and workability improvement for people with developmental disabilities in various ways”.
