Hosted by the International e-Mobility Expo Organizing Committee and the World EV Council and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the expo was held with the goal of creating an e-mobility business platform such as electric vehicles, electric ships, and UAM (Urban Air Transportation), with over 200 companies participating.
Buyeo-gun participated in the expo and operated a promotional booth to promote rechargeable battery companies to move into the Buyeo General Industrial Complex.Active investment attraction promotional activities were conducted by receiving inquiries from companies wishing to move in, conducting consultations, and participating in 1:1 B2B consultations to discover potential companies and understand industry trends. Surveys of companies to establish consumer-centered company attraction strategies also took place.
In particular, many companies showed interest in the Buyeo-gun promotional booth as parts of Buyeo General Industrial Complex and Eunsan Industrial Complex 2 were selected as special opportunity development zones in South Chungcheong Province.
An official from Buyeo-gun expressed, “We will continue to make more efforts to attract related companies to the central area behind the Saemangeum National Industrial Complex to concentrate secondary battery-related companies in the Buyeo General Industrial Complex.”
