The 2021 Korea Tourism Contest will open soon. There are two competition areas, the travel souvenir contest (from June 9 to 15, 2021) and the travel photo contest (from June 14 to July 2, 2021)
The souvenir contest accepts products or ideas for products that embody the history, culture, nature, tourism attractions or foods of Korea.
The theme of the photo contest is “beautiful flower attractions in Korea through the four seasons.” Accepted formats are photographs, smartphone photos, and videos.
Both contests will award prize money and the winning content will be used to promote tourism in Korea.
- Winners
- Souvenir contest: 12 products (10 in general, 2 in regional)
- Photo contest: 228 works (75 photos, 33 videos, 120 smartphone photos)
- Prizes
- Souvenir contest: 38,000,000 won distributed among winners, one-on-one professional consultation, opportunity to produce product with related company, support for expanding online/offline sales channels, support for pop-up store operation, etc.
- Photo contest: 48,000,000 won distributed among winners in photo & video section, 12,000,000 won distributed among winners in smartphone photo section (3,000,000 won per season)
