Mackiss Company(맥키스 컴퍼니) (alcoholic beverage company based in Daejeon) has been hosting the Daejeon Topless Marathon(대전 맨몸마라톤) event since 2016.
On the first day of every year, the event kicks off to mark the beginning of the year at precisely 11:11:11 a.m.
Their event is back to celebrate the New Year of 2020.
On January 1, 2020, more than 2,500 participants joined in the 'Daejeon Topless Marathon 2020' held at Daejeon Expo Plaza.
Participants tried to attract people's attention by wearing new year's resolutions and unusual costumes expressed in various phrases along with naked body paintings that contained their individualities.
The first step of the competition was to fly their balloons containing the meaning of hope, and you enjoy fun running, such as taking pictures while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
There are no strict competition rules at all.
When entering the finish line, they celebrated the New Year's Day with a smashing event to celebrate the New Year's luck with pollen.
For this year's event, MacKiss Company prepared a special prize for 2020, which is a special prize commemorating 2020. This award is for participants who express their passion and ambition in their 20s and selected based on criteria such as their unique cosplay and performance.
