Seollal ending caused highways to enter high traffic
Vehicles returning to Seoul on the afternoon of Jan. 24, the last day of the Seollal (Lunar New Year) holidays, clog northbound lanes to the right of the median strip on the Gyeongbu Expressway near Jamwon Interchange in Seoul's Seocho-gu District.
