Jeju Saem-ju produces the distilled soju Gosorisul and the refined rice wine Omegisul using the uncontaminated raw ingredients of Jeju. Gosorisul is a representative traditional alcohol of Jeju made by distilling Omegisul, a refined rice wine brewed with local hulled millet and malt, using a vessel called Gosori (Sojutgori).
