Daejeon Workers' Comprehensive Welfare Center was established in Daejeon Metropolitan City in 1984 with the support of the Ministry of Labor to promote workers' welfare and enhance their leisure time.

The Ladder of Love Volunteer Band served on-site barbecue chicken to multicultural migrant workers during the 2023 International Migrant Day celebration. About 15 members worked hard since early in the morning. The Sarang Ladder Band, which started on August 8, 2016, is the largest volunteer organization in Daejeon, operating a volunteer organization for the underprivileged in the five districts of Daejeon for eight years without subsidies from local governments.

As a commemorative event for the 2023 World Migrant Workers' Day, the 17th World Migrant Workers' Day commemoration event held this year at the Workers' Comprehensive Welfare Center in Daehwa-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon at 2 PM on Sunday, December 17th, will be held immediately after the Baroque Wind. An orchestra and other celebratory performances were held to enliven the excitement of everyone who came that day.

After all the events were over, the organizers and the foreigners who prepared the food took a commemorative photo together to commemorate this year's World Migrants' Day.
Wow, the global food festival ended well.

The event commemorating World Migrants' Day began in 2005 and is now in its 17th year. However, the event could not be held in 2020 and 2021 due to Corona. In our society, the number of multicultural families is increasing. I hope we can all create a world where we live together.
