Following the completion of the "Topjeongho Waterfront Deck Road," which has emerged as a beautiful walking path through word of mouth, the "Topjeongho Suspension Bridge" is expected to become a representative tourist resource in Nonsan as it allows visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the tower on a bridge across the lake.
In addition, it is expected to be good news for more than 1.3 million trainees and their families who visit Nonsan every year, and the city plans to speed up the development of various attractions and food along with the establishment of tourism infrastructure, contributing greatly to the revitalization of the commercial district in the Topjeongho area.
The city predicts that if the Tapjeong Lake suspension bridge is created following the waterfront deck road at Topjeong Lake, which is drawing attention as a landmark of Nonsan, and if the rural theme park and tourism infrastructure are established that combine culture and experience contents, it will not only revitalize the local economy but also combine the beautiful natural environment with Nonsan's culture, which will bring greater synergy to the cultural and tourism industries.
An official of the city said, "We designed the beautiful scenery of Tapjeongho Lake from various angles so that you can feel healing just by walking here," adding, "We will make sure that the safety of the bridge is the first priority so that you can cross safely."
Meanwhile, the city is focusing on the comprehensive development of Tapjeong Lake to promote tourism, including Strawberry-themed "Strawberry-Hyang Rural Theme Park," a strawberry-themed urban residents' rural experience and residence space, "Tapjeongho Healing Ecology Experience Learning Center," and "Tapjeong Lake Side Deck Road," which is 2.94 kilometers long.
